Providing warranty service is an integral part
of our warranty program. When you purchase your home, you actually
purchase hundreds of items and the work of 35 to 50 independent
trade contractors. Our warranty service system is designed to
provide you with service based on your written report of non-emergency
items. These Request For Service forms are in your
Homeowners Manual or can be accessed on this
web site and sent by e-mail. The completed forms are submitted
three times during the two-year warranty period. Once these
forms are completed and forwarded to our warranty service representative,
he will schedule one of your three standard Home Review Meetings
with you. Please refer to Section 8: Caring For Your Home in your Homeowners
Manual for procedures on obtaining care during
business hours, after hours, and weekends.
Crescendo Builders maintains such items as sheetrock
cracks, nail pops, grout cracks, trim and molding separations
during your two year warranty. It is suggested that you wait
until your eleven-month Home Review Meeting to fill out your
One - Time Request form. This form can be found
in the back of your Homeowners Manual or accessed
on this web site and sent by e-mail. Specific items covered
under this request are outlined in the Homeowners
Manual.
